Kušeta Tax Advisory d.o.o. employs four licensed tax advisors with extensive experience, who provide services with high professional expertise, while ensuring full compliance with all legal regulations. Licensed tax advisor Dubravko Kušeta was granted authorization to perform tax advisory services on November 27, 2002, becoming the first in Croatia to begin practicing as a tax advisor in early 2003. Licensed tax advisor Božena Baljak was granted authorization to perform tax advisory services on November 29, 2023, and has been employed with the company since May 2018. Licensed tax advisor Tihana Poljak Savić was granted authorization to perform tax advisory services on March 27, 2024, and has been employed with the company since June 2012. Licensed tax advisor Jerko Kušeta was granted authorization to perform tax advisory services on December 08, 2025, and has been employed with the company since October 2022.

Certified Tax Advisor is being engaged by the taxpayer in order to provide him, by consulting and giving him advice and instructions on all tax matters, with proper, optimal and lawful application of tax regulations, and making and/or assisting him in filing tax returns and other reports to tax authorities. Furthermore, a tax advisor is authorized to represent taxpayers in all phases of the tax audit and supervision procedures and other proceedings before tax authorities, as well as for tax expert evaluations. Our scope of work also includes the monitoring of the regularity of tax and accounting records of the taxpayers.

Proper interpretation and systematic monitoring of the implementation of the valid tax regulations, as well as prompt preparation and reaction to changes of regulations, can by each taxpayer certainly result in optimization of the amount of tax liabilities. In our everyday business we work actively, not waiting for client inquiries, on the contrary, we ourselves are proposing certain tax combinations and areas of engagement for which we know from our experience, that savings are possible. The activity of tax advisory was introduced in Croatia in 2001, by passing the Tax Advisory Act (Official Gazette NN 127/00, 76/13, 115/16, 114/23), and the Croatian Chamber of Tax Advisors (www.hkps.hr) also operates in Croatia.
