Dubravko Kušeta

Licensed tax adviser since 2002, also performs the function of the Vice President for indirect taxes in the Croatian Chamber of Tax Advisers. He graduated in economical sciences, and his distinctive experience includes working on management positions in the companies Jadranka d.d. and Arhipelag d.o.o.

Tihana Poljak Savić

Licensed tax advisor since March 27, 2024, and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. She has been employed with the company since June 2012, responsible for leading and performing complex accounting and tax assignments. She became a certified forensic accountant on June 18, 2024.

Božena Baljak

Licensed tax advisor since November 29, 2023, with many years of experience in the field of tax consulting, particularly in working with hospitality and tourism companies. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Rijeka, with the highest honors (summa cum laude) and is currently an associate expert at the same faculty.
She is a member of the Committee for Professional Training and Continuing Professional Development of the Croatian Chamber of Tax Advisors, where she contributes to the advancement of professional standards in the field. In her work, she regularly follows the case law and rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union, applying them in the interpretation and implementation of tax regulations in line with European standards.

Jerko Kušeta

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, majoring in Accounting and Auditing, where he obtained the degree of Master of Economics. He further specialized through the Tax Study Program at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, with a particular focus on the tax profession and the practical application of tax regulations. Since 8 December 2025, he has been a Licensed Tax Advisor. His education and professional development have been focused on the field of tax advisory, combining economic knowledge with specialized tax expertise.
